Infinite endurance of humans

Sometimes, the ability to endure human injuries and pain is endless, thought impossible to overcome, but we won it strangely!

In 1983, Kimberly Lotti , 18, suddenly stabbed a small truck into a barbed wire fence in Quincy, Massachusetts. A metal column 5cm in diameter stabbed through the windshield and pierced through her chest . Lotti remained awake while the lifeguards saw the head of the pillar deeply ingrained in his body. The rest is taken out at the hospital.

In 1985, driver Richard Topps motorbike in Debyshire (England), bumped into a motorbike, was blown into the air and was pierced through his body from his chest to his hips on a pillar - where he hung helplessly. for more than an hour then later he found out.

Both Lotti and Topps are lucky: their internal organs are not damaged. In 1987, a Colorado man fell from a window to the ground and suffered more. A metal column pierced through the abdomen, reaching the heart. Fortunately, rescuers decided that it is best not to pull out the pillar, as it works to prevent blood from spewing out. His heart still beat regularly. Surgeons have treated the lesions.

More surprising is the case of Forthman Murff , a wood- cutter , 74 years old, in Mississippi. In 1984, a tree branch knocked him back and fell into his own wood sawing machine. Saw blades cut through the throat but did not touch the spine and arteries. Murff is still awake. Every few minutes, he leaned over and poured blood from his lungs to breathe and drove himself many miles to a hospital a hour away. Doctors sewed for him could not believe his eyes: His neck almost broke!
