The International Space Station (ISS) was upgraded to 3 km on April 4 to ensure optimal assembly conditions for cargo ships Progress M-57, notice of the Russian Flight Control Center.

According to calculations by experts, after being raised to 3 km, ISS is at an altitude of about 365 km above the ground.
According to the Russian Space Agency, the Progress M-57 was taken to Baikonur Airport on May 2-5. The preparation for the launch of the ship - carrying nearly 2.5 tons of cargo - to the ISS was started on April 4-5.
