However, the survey also shows that right-handed children appear to outperform left-handed children when doing homework. 14% of left-handed students only do homework at the last hour (compared to 5% in right-handed children). On the contrary, more than one-third of the right-handed teenagers have to complete their homework with an enthusiastic attitude and accuracy at the standard level. The right-handed children's writing is also clear, neat and beautiful.

' For many years people thought that left-handed children did not like going to school with right-handed children. However, our research shows that this is not entirely true , 'a Stabilo company spokesman said.

The survey also found that 60% of left-handed children learn good subjects that require creativity such as music and painting. According to Daily Mail , 42% of teenagers "hand-in" to participate in the survey said that they are always in the best group of the class. The proportion of right-handed students who prefer to write is higher than that of left-handed children (57% versus 50%).
