>>>The bloodiest revenge in human history

Samurai is the pride of all Japanese people. Their talent, courage and loyalty are not controversial. Here is one of the best stories about their qualities - the story of the 47 romantic people, a national legend of the country of cherry blossoms .

The source of tragedy

The story originated in 1701 in Japan under the control of the Emperor's form in Kyoto but actually belongs to the Shogun general Tokugawa Tsunayoshi in Edo.

To show respect for the Emperor, Tokugawa annually offered tribute to Kyoto on the occasion of the New Year, in exchange for the emperor for his confession to Edo. That year, the mission to welcome the ambassadors was entrusted to the two young beloved general, Naganori Asano, Harima prefect of Harima and Ako and Munehare Date and the prefect of Sendai prefecture.

The 'unjust' death of the young lord

The turning point of the story came when Tokugawa sent Yoshinaka Kira - an older official to help the two young lords of the ceremony. But Yoshinaka Kira is an arrogant tour, requiring both Asano and Date to bribe him with valuable gifts.

Because they didn't respond, Kira was annoyed, often insulting and humiliating both. Date is the one who gets angry first, almost intending to kill Kira. Luckily, the soldiers advised him. Date later bribed Kira to a huge amount for him to treat him kindly.

In contrast, Asano did not act like his friend. As an extremely moral person, he could not accept the act of bribery Kira requested. As a result, Kira insulted Asano many times, even calling him a "pig toy".

Asano endured this for 2 months. Finally, on March 14 of that year, in Edo Castle, Asano used a dagger to attack Kira, but only wounded him on the face.

At that time, Asano's actions were closed to felony: attacking the officers of the general right in Edo Castle. Asano was forced to perform Seppuku suicide rituals, confiscation of property, family deprivation and 321 Samurai under him to become a "romantic person" (Ronin - Samurai lost his master, human drift). Meanwhile, visiting Kira is still messy, not being punished.

A vengeance plan and a prayer are completed

Believers, especially Samurai, are extremely dissatisfied with their master's death. 321 Samurai became a Ronin, but the remaining 60 people were determined to fight back, making a plan of revenge for their master. The head of the plan was Oishi Kuranosuke - the former chief of Asano's army.

In order to avoid Kira's suspicion and besiege the allies, these mistresses split up, pretending to be merchants, monks, even addicts to wait for the opportunity to avenge the former Lord Asano.

After two years, the opportunity has come to the romantic people. Of the 60 people, Oishi Kuranosuke only allowed 46 people to join him in attacking Kira's mansion. On the night of 12/14/1702, 47 romantic people broke into the house of the visiting member.

People praised them for their loyalty, courage and martial arts spirit. Many people even invite the romantic group to rest and drink water before continuing their journey.

And pitiful death .

When he came to Tuyen Nhac Tu - the place where Lord Asano was buried, Oishi Kuranosuke cleaned and cleaned for Kira's head, then returned to the former master. The action of the 47-man group reached Tokugawa ears.

He also admired their actions, so he did not know how to handle them. Finally, after 47 days of thinking and pondering, he gave them the order of autonomy and exonerated the youngest man Terasaka Kichiemon - the messenger to Ako.
