NASA finds volunteers

The US Aerospace Agency (NASA) has said it will mobilize a volunteer army to search for 'super-microscopic' star dust found in cosmic dust particles collected by the Stardust spacecraft. Comet Wild 2.

Under the plan, the Stardust will land on Earth on Sunday, after a seven-year journey over the 4.5-billion-kilometer journey in the universe.

From mid-March, scientists will take pictures of Stardust's device-stored cosmic dust onto the Internet. Volunteers have 30,000 hours to use virtual microscopes on a NASA website to search for microscopic star dust.

The name of the discoverer will be set for these rare star dust. This type of dust will then be analyzed for research.
