Ms. Vu Thi Nga, Nong Lam University of Ho Chi Minh City, research member said, the average body length of the average is 1,827mm long, 0,558mm wide; Male mature 1.652mm long, 0.478mm wide.
The growth of the Trioza hopeae has a pale yellow color, dual eyes and a single red eye. The wings are transparent, the wings are light yellow, the long wings cover the tail when the hoppers are parked.
When the color is stable, the back of the body is brown, the belly is light yellow, the eyes are double and the eyes are reddish brown. Mature bigger than adult male.
The adult psyllid Trioza hopeae sucked the leaves and often sucked on the underside of the young leaves (purple-green leaves) of the black star tree. At the injection of their leaves, the leaves form a " round seal" that is slightly round, smooth and light green.
Announcing a new psyllid species was published in the scientific journal Entomological Science.
