Personality inward - outward and unknown aspects

Are you an introvert or an extrovert? The answer is not necessarily the same as what you think.

Khanh is an economics student, he attended several courses, and then a seminar. During the courses, he always showed himself to be a lively, energetic person who always speaks when he has an opinion, always speaks out his point of view, and does not skip any activities.

Other practitioners, who admire his confidence and dynamism, who hate him, tell him to be arrogant. But one thing everyone agrees is that he is an extrovert. He is always active in communication, and is often the most prominent character in a group.

Minh is also an economics student. Besides the time on the lecture hall, he also took part in some courses or workshops. But unlike Khanh, he was often passive to talk, embarrassed in communication, and also afraid of crowded places. Of course, the people around him will judge, he is an introvert.

But behind the looks are different stories. Only a few close friends understand that when there is a problem, Khanh often cuts off all communications around him. He "closed" , self-reliant. Usually he will start with questions in his head, like "Why did that happen?", "How did it happen?", "What options do I have?" .

Minh also has a group of close friends, and a few friends. But every time he encountered his own problems, he often dragged one or several friends along. Not to say anything, just walking around, eating or going on a trip has also helped him answer the questions that are in question.

So who is introvert, who is extrovert? People often set out to look inward or outwardly based on communication, but forgot about one more factor to judge a person being inward or outward. That is the trend when solving problems, when evaluating yourself.

Many people mistakenly communicate only to determine who is introvert, who is outward.

When you have to orient yourself for your career, introverts tend to focus on your own thoughts, your own questions, your weaknesses and strengths.

What about an extrovert? Extroverts will often learn about careers, meet and talk with people who are doing it in the field, or try it out on their own.

Are we looking inward or extrovert?

The answer makes sure you don't think about it, because it's really both!

Yes, most of us are outward and introverted. Maybe in communication, you are an introvert, but when there is a problem, you can easily "absorb" the energy around. Only a minority group is completely outward or introverted.

Most of us have inward aspects and extrovert aspects.

Should we be introvert or extrovert?

There is no right and wrong in being an introvert or an extrovert. However, there are defects in both.

Take for example the orientation. Introverts who are too focused on themselves will not have a comprehensive view outside. They can understand themselves, but they will not know which area they fit into in a vast labor market. In the present, introverts can find what they want. But they will limit themselves if they want to know how much outside there is a better chance for them.

In contrast, extroverts have a wide-ranging view, but they rarely focus on thinking about themselves. They often tend to try many trades. And if they're lucky, they will stay in a long career. Otherwise, they will try another field instead of focusing on analyzing themselves.

Whether you are an introvert or an extrovert, first accept yourself.

So whether you are an introvert or an extrovert, first accept yourself . Then, consider whether your nature is detrimental to you. For example, if you want to be a salesperson, but look inward in communication, timid, passive.

So should we change now? The choice is yours.
