Although it has only been known recently, the house has been practically available for 40 years. The house was built by a group of young people in 1968, used as a sunbathing place. To store the house on a bare rock, which is not a suitable place for building houses, the youth group decided to unload the beams from a nearby warehouse. After that, they had to use ships and kayaks to transport the necessary materials.

The house used to be damaged many times due to floods, but then it was repaired and renovated as it was originally.
