The idea of the house of a bird's nest hovering over a cliff

"We don't have to build houses on the ground, we can learn animals," said architect Michel Silverstorm of Moderna Trähus. "Many animals such as birds build nests in trees, under roof tiles or in rock slits".

Inspired by the way the birds' nests were built, architects designed "bird's nest" houses located at a height of 20 meters on the cliff.

The "bird's nest" is three stories high, 50 meters wide, making it an ideal place for one to two people. The house has 2.5 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a working room and a twisted staircase.

"The cliff will ensure good fixation and attach small houses if equipped with bearing structures , " Silverstorm said.

The conservation of natural habitat is also considered by the project."We build boxy houses to keep the birds living , " Silverstorm said. However, the "bird's nest" project on the cliff is just an idea, not yet implemented in practice.
