The most frightening form of psychological torture in the world
Not always physical pain is considered extreme and "white room" is the clearest proof for that form of cruel torture!
If asked about the most cruel form of torture, what would you think? Electric chair, hanging upside down tree branches or "making friends" with ice for hours?
Much of the torture is often used when interrogating and with forms of physical pain as above, the effect is also very difficult to guarantee.
Some people will tell the truth, someone will lie or harass anything to get rid of torture, there are also cases where the role of "hero" will not be revealed.
Because of this, people decided to take torture to new heights - psychological torture. And so "Haunting the white room" was born, making all previous forms become "mosquitoes".

All that was needed was a soundproofed room with everything in it white: white walls, white doors, white lights. Prisoners are also only allowed to wear white clothes and to eat white rice during the time they are there.
Persons who are tortured are naturally locked away and cannot talk to anyone. Just like that, they live in a "mute space" with the only sound heard is the sound that they emit themselves.

It sounds simple, but in fact studies have shown that being isolated from such senses can have a very serious effect on human psychology.
In this white room for so long, people gradually lose consciousness or even don't know who they are.
Who am I, where is this?
This form of torture has been used by the Iranian military in secret detention centers. Prisoners are journalists who have expressed doubtful opinions about the government.
Amir Fakhravar - who was locked up in the white room in 2004 for 8 months, told about the horrifying memory of that day: " When they released me after all this time, I was no longer a normal person. I even I can't even remember my parents' faces. "

However, this Middle Eastern country was not the only place condemned for applying "White Room Haunting". The British government also tortured Irish workers with the technique during the conflict period. In addition, some recent leaked footage from an Australian juvenile prison also accused the guards of imprisoning an inmate into this frightening room.
So what makes it the worst form of torture of all time? By simply torturing the body, it can be healed, but the heavy trauma is never.
Abnormal psychological states will follow prisoners to the end of their lives.
Once put into the white room, people will not be able to return to their normal state and will carry those obsessions for the rest of their lives even after being released. Some sequelae can be mentioned as white fear disease or often encounter "half-awake, half-dreaming" condition.
Neurological treatment can help improve slightly, but the complete recovery of the spirit is the dream too far away for these prisoners.
