The most powerful explosion in the universe after Big Bang
US researchers combine data from three telescopes to record an explosion image of a supermassive black hole 10 billion times larger than the Sun.
The explosion created the largest black hole in the universe
Galaxy cluster MS 0735.6 + 7421 lies 2.6 billion light-years from Earth, in the constellation Giraffe (Camelopardalis) . Stained in fluorescent blue and pink light, MS 0735.6 + 7421 is the place where the largest explosion occurred after Big Bang.

According to ABC News, the explosion lasted for 100 million years and is still happening, releasing energy hundreds of millions more times than an explosion of gamma rays. This explosion is generated from the largest black hole in the universe , weighing 10 billion times more than the Sun. According to astronomers, to create an explosion, black holes have "swallowed up" 600 million times more matter than the Sun.
The image of the galaxy cluster is synthesized from X-ray data, radio waves and optical images from the Hubble Space Telescope. X-rays, shown in green in the image, are emitted by the galaxy cluster and discovered by Chandra X-ray Observatory of the US Aerospace Agency (NASA). They show hot air that makes up most of the mass of giant galaxy clusters.
The pink part is a large hole with a diameter of over 600,000 light-years, formed by the bombardment of gas beams from the central galaxy. These holes are filled with magnetically energized electrons. They emitted radio waves and were recorded by the radio telescope Very Large Array in New Mexico, USA.
