Video: Chinese farmers make their own steel hands
A man in China built two fake steel arms after he lost both arms because of an accident.
Sun Jifa, a farmer in northern China, became disabled after losing both arms in an accident, Telegraph reported.
Facing the prospect of unemployment and not having enough money to buy prosthetic arms of hospitals, Sun was forced to use his own ingenuity. He spent 8 years building two steel arms. With many things we can do - such as feeding, hoeing, crafting tools.
"Thanks to my arms, I can help my family with daily tasks and work on the field. I am no longer useless," Sun said.
