Video: How to observe a total eclipse safely
The total solar eclipse occurs when the Moon completely obscures the Sun and forms shadows and dark shadows on the Earth's surface / A total solar eclipse can only take place when the Moon is near the fund's point religion.

The US Aeronautics Agency (NASA) issued a series of safety guidelines before more than 300 million people observed the total solar eclipse that took place next month. The eclipse will begin on August 21 in the state of Oregon and pass through 12 states before ending in South Carolina. The width of the eclipse is 108km.
