150 mysterious mummies revealed in America

Archaeologists from Poland, Peru and Colombia saw 150 unidentified mummies in the Atacama desert, north of Chile with many different poses.

Archaeologists Poland, Peru and Colombia excavated 150 mummies in the Atacama desert in northern Chile, but they have not been able to date them.They predicted these mummies belonged to a civilization earlier than the Inca civilization and Tiwanaku about 500 years.Through the method of timing the carbon isotope, archaeologists found the oldest mummy living in the 4th century, the youngest mummy living in the 7th century. The mummy in the photo is located in the Tambo River region, Peru .

Archaeologists say that the Tiwanaku civilization disappeared around 500 to 1000. Most Tiwanaku live in Peru and Chile today.

The mummies are in cotton, straw mats, fish nets.Ancient people buried them in the sand without using anything to cover.

Some items, including water bottles, are located next to the mummy.

The archaeological team also unearthed some small jewelry and daily utensils.They help them better understand the way people work in ancient times.(Photo: QQ)

Many wrestling items, including some containers (mostly from ceramics), weapons, bronze jewelry and copper alloys, are alongside mummies.

Mummy rests in various poses, such as curling up.The roll posture makes the mummy's spine seem very long.
