The American Prime-design robot, MegaBots, is a 12-ton metal monster that is 4.9 meters high. Engineers say the robot has two seats, powered by a 430 horsepower LS3 V8 engine at a cost of $ 2.5 million.

In the introduction video, the Eagle Prime robot shows off his bodyguard and show off his strength with corner crashes, smashing some barrels with his clawed left arm, and firing precision ammunition into some barrels.

In one scene, the car exploded when hit by Eagle Prime. When confronted with a fully equipped combat robot, Eagle Prime even tear it up.

The robot representing Japan is Kuratas of the company Suidobashi, weighing 6.5 tons and nearly 4m high. In a 2012 video, Kuratas performed fierce punches on a heavy rock in response to a challenge from a US company.

In July 2015, the engineering team at MegaBots challenged Japanese rival, Suidobashi, to compete in two giant robots. However, the match was postponed due to difficulties in finding the place and upgrading the robot.

MegaBots' Gui Cavalcanti representative said the format of the match was to see which side had the first knockout, without scoring. A robot can win by attacking or disabling an opponent, causing the opponent to surrender by his weight, strength, size and weapon. The weapons used are not capable of cutting through the metal but can only damage, distort, deform.
