A smart bed should teach you when to sleep
At CES 2016, Sleep Number brings to the technology industry a pretty interesting product ... smart beds.
The trend of "intelligent" devices and utensils serving human life is growing. We have smart glasses, smart bracelets, smart watches ... and now even the beds become "smarter".
It's a cheap product just introduced by Sleep Number at CES 2016 . This special bed includes an application that will tell you exactly when you should sleep and how to get to sleep the best. The manufacturer is confident his product is equipped with a host of features to track and improve sleep. Sleep Number says their goal is to help customers sleep as deeply as babies.
This smart bed is sold for $ 1000.
This smart bed incorporates the company's "SleepIQ" technology using biometric sensors mounted on the bed to measure your heart rate, breathing rate .... The company also released a dedicated API for developers. Currently, the Sleep Number smart bed is also equipped with a variety of health and fitness applications.
The product will come with a smartphone application to get the information you need when you go to sleep, thus setting the parameters to help you use it most comfortably at night.
The company said the smartphone will be available later this year for $ 1,000, much cheaper than the X12, a product of the same kind introduced by Sleep Number at CES 2014 ($ 8000).
