A strange, mysterious beam of light appeared in the American sky

The mysterious light that appeared in the sky over the United States last weekend made many astronomers confused and astonished.

According to people living in the west coast, from British Columbia, Canada, to San Francisco, USA, about 100 people have discovered a strange red and green light beam in the sky since September 12. The trail of light stretches from San Francisco on the west bank to the Washington capital on the east side of the United States.

According to observations, scientists believe that the speed of light beam movement is much slower than the speed of a meteor. Some people hypothesize that this could be a test of space or missiles falling into the earth and ignite. However, until September 15, the US Aeronautics and Space Agency (NASA) and the Department of Defense have not yet declared the cause of this strange phenomenon.

"I have seen plane lights in the morning but this light is very different. I feel like something is spewing out of that beam," a witness said.

On the evening of September 14, on the astronomical page American Meteor Society, many people shared that they also saw a white or yellow light in the sky. Light stretches from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to New York City, USA.

Astronomers say two meteor showers are taking place on the northern hemisphere. However, they are not sure if this is the light from shooting stars. Meanwhile, Taurid meteor shower often peaks in June and October.
