Strange light sphere in the sky of Hawaii

A strange light sphere appeared in the night was recorded by camera at an astronomical observatory in Hawaii (USA).

The Daily Mail reported that webcams mounted on French and Canadian Hawaiian telescopes located at Mauna Kea recorded the moment a strange light sphere appeared in the night sky nearby. The ball of light appeared for a few minutes and then mysteriously disappeared.

This video was later posted on the Internet and attracted many viewers. Some people hypothesize that a mysterious glowing ball may be the result of a battle between two alien spacecraft.

However, others said it could be the result of a US test of the Minuteman III (ICBM) intercontinental missile . The energy from the rocket launches up into the air and forms a giant glowing sphere.

According to Discover magazine's Bad Astronomy, the ball of light is like an explosion of a powerful material . The blog also revealed that a Minuteman III intercontinental missile was scheduled to be launched from Vandenburg Air Force Base, California about 3 minutes before the light ball was recorded by the Hawaii camera.

Some of the comments on this blog suggest that the ball of light is the result of an explosion when the Minuteman III intercontinental missile entered the third push. At this stage, the missile is about to cross the top floor of the Earth's atmosphere.

Many people agree with the explanation above. However, that is only a hypothesis and there has not been any official confirmation from the US military.
