Speaking at the opening of the meeting, the Chairman of the AU Committee, Ms. Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma said that the fight against Ebola must be done in a way that does not lead to isolation or discrimination against patients, communities or people. water has infected people.

As reported by the World Health Organization (WHO), the number of deaths from Ebola virus since the beginning of the year has reached 2,097 people, out of 3,944 cases, mainly in Liberia, Guinea and Sierra Leone.
