According to the experience of shrimp farmers, shrimps only float to the surface when they are short of oxygen. They emerge according to herds, forming a powerful force. Thanks to this experience, Tuan thought of putting up an iron net so that when the shrimp jumped, it would hit the net connected to the electrical switch, causing the electrical switch to close and emit a signal. As a result, it is possible to detect when to handle.

Tuan's airless shrimp anti-shrimp machine was born, operating on the principle that: When the oxygen is inadequate, the shrimp will float on the water surface, the light of the headlight and the electric generator will stimulate the shrimp to work strongly on the surface of the pond lake, hit the net to transmit to the sensor system of the machine.

This study has surpassed hundreds of other candidates, winning a special prize in the 2007 National Youth Youth Innovation Contest and WIPO Gold Medal.

Nam said, from a young age, she followed her mother to rent cinnamon. Nam said, with the manual method of chopping cinnamon with a knife, it is easy to split into the hand, back pain because of sitting for a long time and inhaling dust but the productivity is only 100-120 kg / day.

Because there was not much money, the material to make this smart machine was bought from scrap stores by Nam. With only VND 2 million within a month of summer, he had to dismantle, weld, poker according to the idea, he had the desired machine.

Simple operation: the machine frame is equipped with devices to help cinnamon pipes be split into pieces according to the desired size. The cylinder head is movable, attached to the blades. When the piston moves, the cinnamon tube passes through the blade and is split into pieces.

In particular, the productivity of cinnamon cutting machine is 20 times that of manual cinnamon splitting, one day it can handle 2000-2400kg.

In the coming time, Nam will study to find more information to increase the productivity of the machine by 40-45 times. Nam wishes his machine will be replicated in life to minimize the hardship for farmers.
