'Aliens' on the bottom of the sea

They are like the ' aliens ' in the dark seabed due to their unique shapes and unique colors.

The " aliens " are among thousands of creatures discovered by researchers thanks to an ambitious project called Census of Marine Life.

The Census of Marine Life project lasts about 10 years with the participation of about 2,000 scientists from 82 countries to assess and understand the diversity, distribution and abundance of life in the great positive. This project has now entered its 8th year.

In just one year, an international team of researchers has discovered about 1,000 new marine animals and plants and explained the actions of hundreds of species.

So far, researchers have collected information about about 120,000 species, but they believe this figure could reach 250,000 species.
