The skies above have been donated to the Field Museum in Chicago by Terry Boudreaux. Reportedly, Terry Boudreaux quickly hired a group of meteorite hunters to scour the entire day after the concussion in Urals, according to Russian news agency RIA Novosti.
'The villagers had to wade in the snow of nearly 1 meter thick to search for small holes in the snow. They use a shovel to dig and harvest each member ' , page abclocal.go.com quoted Mr. Boudreaux.
The Field Museum organized a display of the above meteorites, with a total weight of about 1kg. It also possesses a meteorite collection of about 6,500 specimens.
'I expect a piece of stone like that. But in fact, there is nearly 1kg of skylights, ' said the scientist working at the museum, Philipp Heck.
According to a statement from the Field Museum, the explosion in Russia's sky could be a one-time event in every century, but it shows the fragility of the Earth before the vast universe.
