Animals are about to disappear on Earth
Many animals on Earth are on the brink of extinction and if there is no conservation measure, people can never see them again.
Here are the animals that are listed by the environmentalists as a red list according to the list of Livescience:
1. Elephant shrew
Shrews of sharp snout like elephant taps live in Tanzania, are listed as the most vulnerable animals because they now live only in two areas. They belong to the group of mammals, called Afrotheria, evolved in Africa over 100 million years ago, with relatives of elephants and sea cows . New shrews are mentioned after people accidentally turn around. a video about it in 2005 at Mount Udzungwa in Tanzania
2. Cats catch fish
Fish-catching cats (Prionailurus viverrinus) are an excellent swimmer, mainly living in wetlands such as wetlands and coastal mangrove areas. They are now listed as endangered animals because their numbers are severely reduced in Asia. Their risk of extinction is caused by people coming to live, to improve where they reside as agricultural land, because of pollution, because of hunting them or overfishing, because of deforestation, .
3. Caspian seal
Caspi (Pusa caspica) seals live in the Caspian Sea, climbing up the winter ice floats as a place to breed and raise children. Their population has decreased by 90% in the last 100 years due to commercial hunting, narrowing their habitat and pollution.
4. African elephants
African elephants (Loxodonta africana) live in the territory of 37 sub-Saharan countries in Africa. Throughout the continent, African elephant populations fell by 25% between 1979 and 2007. Hunting for ivory and meat pushed them to extinction.
5. Hyena Iberia
The hyena Iberia (Lynx pardinus) is in great danger of extinction, with a total of 84 to 143 individuals, living in Spain and Portugal. They are reduced in number due to the absence of their main prey, European rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus).
6. Black-footed ferret
Black-footed ferrets (Mustela nigripes) from North America are no longer in the list of 'Endangered in nature' after major efforts to relocate captured animals into their habitat. This species is dependent on its food type, Cynomys ludovicianus, which in turn reduces the amount of serious diseases in the 20th century.
7. David's deer
David's deer (Elaphurus davidianus) is considered the 'Endangered in nature'. The name of this deer comes from the name of the French missionary, priest Armand David. It is thought that wild deer were eventually hunted at the end of the 19th century. Later, in 1980, a few were caught, breeding and releasing into nature but not considered wild deer.
8. Tasmanian Devil
Tasmanian devils (Sarcophilus harrisii) are a puppy size, found only on Tasmania and the largest carnivore. In the past 10 years, the number of this species has decreased by 60% due to an extremely dangerous infectious cancer called Devil Facial Tumor Disease (DFTD).
9. Wild horse
Currently only 325 wild horses (Equus ferus) live in Mongolia. Previously on the list of 'Extinct in Nature', after ranking 'Risk of very high extinction' after trying to release into nature. They suffer from diseases spread by horses.
