Mr. Vinh said, he happened to see this strange flying object around 18:00 pm on November 13 at the sky in Su Van Hanh Street, District 10. Mr. Vinh said that it was definitely not flycam because in a split second, the objects disappeared very quickly. This group of flying objects appears at high altitudes, close to clouds.
