Astronauts are allowed to drink alcohol on the universe?

The ban on alcoholic astronauts on the International Space Station may be abolished. This stems from Russian officials calling for allowing overworked astronauts a chance to recover.

One member of the group of doctors in the manned space program said: "They spent half a year in orbit with heavy workloads, especially stressful space walks that could take take a few kilos in just a few hours. A small amount of alcohol can help them recover their strength ".

The moderate consumption of alcohol was accepted on Russia's previous MIR orbit. But since Russia and the US cooperated on the International Space Station ISS, a strict ban was issued.
