At 9 cm tall in the universe, Japanese astronauts apologize
The Japanese astronaut apologized after saying he was 9cm taller since he got up about three weeks ago.
According to the BBC, astronaut Norishige Kanai said the problematic measurement system gave an inaccurate number of his height.
"I am very sorry for the false information," Mr. Kanai posted on social networking site Twitter, saying he was only 2cm taller.

Earlier, Japanese astronauts posted information that he had been checked in height after traveling into space. Results showed that Mr. Kanai's height increased by 9 cm.
"I grew like a tree for the past three weeks . I was a little worried because I didn't know if I was sitting on the Soyuz when I returned," Kanai posted on social media.
This information immediately made many people skeptical because normally, humans only grow 2-5 cm after entering the universe. The cause of this stems from being in a weightless environment that causes their spine to stretch. However, after returning to Earth, the astronauts' height will return to their original levels.
Norishige Kanai and other astronauts board the Soyuz spacecraft more than 3 weeks ago and are expected to return to Earth in June.
The Russian Soyuz was built to take astronauts away and return to Earth. It only has seats with a certain height for astronauts. Therefore, anyone who has a spike height can experience major problems when operating the ship.
