Capturing images of birds known as the "sky lord" was difficult, hunting the scene they were capturing was even more difficult, if not the lifelong dream of natural photographers who wanted to have their best.
In Vietnam, the dream becomes harder to realize. Director, artist photographer Le Hoai Phuong takes about eight years to follow the eagle trail to get the photos introduced to you below.
In addition to their delicate eyes, the eagle has sharp claws to help them easily catch prey, whether it's a snake, a fish swimming in the water, or a bird flying at high speed .
When eagles detect prey, they go at speeds of up to 250km / h. If they were gliding in the sky, they folded their wings and plunged, creating a sound of wind-breaking that made their prey dizzy before being caught.
The human vision has about 200,000 cone cells per millimeter, but it does not penetrate the eyes of the eagle, with 1 million cones per millimeter! So at a distance of 1,600 meters, an eagle can still be seen.
Just as much as the birds in the cut, how much the eagle hunts the mighty, in their family life, they "love" so much. In the first few months, the eagles only follow their mother to learn how to hunt. Lures hunted for mother birds will directly feed young birds little by little. About 12 months later, when the young bird matured, it was only for the mother bird to give "independence".
Each pair of eagles needs a forest area of up to 50 km 2 as an environment to hunt and feed their families. With a large scale of deforestation of people, forest animals are exhausted, the living environment is seriously narrowed, this species is in danger of starvation.
Eagles also know how to coordinate collective hunting, rushing from the sun-reversed direction to dazzling prey.
