Nice photo: The snowy owl hunting moment

A hotel staff member happened to capture the moment the snowy owl hit the white snow field near Saint Barthelemy, Quebec, Canada.

Photographer Hal Trachtenberg, a hotel employee, happened to have caught the moment of a snow-rat owl on a field covered by snow on the outskirts of Quebec, Canada. The photo shows that the owl had rushed down very quickly when it found the mouse in the field.

'The little hamster didn't have enough time to escape because the snowy owl flew very fast and didn't make a sound,' photographer Hal Trachtenberg said. After catching the prey, the owl used its leg to steal its prey and fly into the air

Snow owls often live in high mountains in Canada's northern coast. The most favorite food of this owl is lemmut.
