Luis Argerich recorded this full moon scene in Buenos Aires (Argentina); It only happened for a moment because soon after, the Moon rose high in the night sky.
" That ocean-like thing is actually a river, but this is the widest river in the world, extending towards the horizon, so you can't see the other side of it, " Luis said. '.
