Cars are not steering wheel

Toyota of Japan has announced the concept of new cars without the steering wheel that utilizes the whole body movement to drive the car in the right direction.

The FV2 , which was announced at the Tokyo Motor Show, was designed to take advantage of the driver's "intuition", allowing them to lean left, right, front and rear to drive.

However, Toyota representatives have acknowledged that the technology for FV2 will take another five years or more to emerge, according to the BBC.

One expert said that Toyota's FV2 concept was introduced to address a longstanding problem that has challenged the entire car industry.

"Many manufacturers are concerned about the fact that too many young people can not afford to buy a car or pay for insurance, and the whole concept of traditional car models does not appeal to them. " says Paul Newton of IHS Automotive.

In terms of safety, the possibility of a vehicle like the FV2 being adopted can be said to be zero, according to the expert.

But Newton said that the concept was the place to prove many of the technologies before mass commercialization, and that in the next 25 years technology could redefine the whole of man's rule. are pursuing now.
