'Chupacabra' is actually just ... old wolf

Biologists at Texas State University, USA, claim that the legendary blood-sucking monster " Chupacabra " is actually just an old and hairless grassy wolf.

Last July, Phylis Canion discovered the bodies of three " Chupacabra " animals outside her farm in Cuero town, 145 km southeast of San Antonio.

Mrs. Canion kept the head of a child to test DNA to determine their ancestors and store them for the next generation. However, the team said the DNA test results from this monster tissue coincided with the DNA of Texas grassland wolves.

Currently, some " Chapucabra " skin samples are also being analyzed to determine why these animals are stripped of hair. In Spanish, " Chupacabra " means " blood sucking mosquito " and is believed to have originated in Puerto Rico and Mexico.

For a long time, the Chupacabra monster has been embellished by the press as a legendary animal, quickly hidden and specializes in sucking on farm animals.
