According to engineer Nguyen, ultrasonic waves create a multitude of vacuum 'air holes'. When the 'gas holes' explode, the jet of water will fire at speeds of 400 km per hour that can scrub, clean the dirt that adheres to the surface of vegetables, food, wriggle into the gaps in food where but the hand cannot be reached.

The researchers also realized that the explosive mechanism of 'gas holes' increases the pressure by 500 times the normal pressure, which can eliminate many kinds of chemicals, bacteria, worm eggs, and flukes.

Combine 'two in one'

In order to increase the efficiency of the machine, Sao Mai company combines ultrasound and ozone gas because of its strong oxidizing, antiseptic, deodorizing and demining effects.

Under the effect of water rays and pressure generated by ultrasound, ozone gas dissolves rapidly in water, ensuring antiseptic and detergent ability. With vegetables and fruits, the time to remove chemicals only takes about 10 to 15 minutes, clean water, deodorize, disinfect within 10 minutes.

The combination of ultrasonic and ozone gas in the environment is highly appreciated by experts. Master Nguyen Dinh Huong, Thanh Nhan Hospital, Hanoi: 'Ultrasound waves from 15kHz or higher frequency cause millions of micron micro-sized air bubbles to explode to create vortex-like currents that spread water jets with velocity. large, so that ozone dissolves rapidly in water. According to the evaluation results of the Quality Measurement Technical Center 1 (Quatest 1, General Department of Standards - Measurement - Quality), when combining ultrasonic and ozone gas, synthetic fruit and vegetable washing machine Sao Mai Electronics Company produces 99% of bacteria and toxic substances.

After acceptance of the project, in April 2009, the scientific product was approved by the Hanoi Department of Science and Technology for a pilot production project with a capacity of 1,200 units per year.
