Cloning animal clones from prehistoric times to create Jurassic Park

Russian scientists have begun to clone the plan of cloning animals from prehistoric times, including mammoths in the hope that the permafrost in Siberia will help them acquire raw DNA samples. integrity to revive these ancient creatures.

Scientists conducted prehistoric animal cloning

The experiment team of the mammoth museum of the Ecological Institute, Northeast Federal University in Yakutsk, hopes to get DNA samples from scanning more than 2,000 samples they are storing.

A modern laboratory of this facility will also be used to analyze new specimens to avoid the risk of damage during transport to other labs in remote locations.

The goal of this prehistoric animal revival plan is to create a real "Jurassic Park " as a habitat for extinct animals on the banks of the Kolyma river in Yakutia.

The project is initially working on reconstructing the ice age natural environmental conditions in preparation for the animals that are about to be regenerated.

In addition to mammoths, scientists will also search for the rhino's furry DNA - the first ancestors of bison and buffalo, as well as bear DNA and cave lions.

Many scientists around the world, including experts from Harvard and the University of Chicago, have been trying to clone clones of prehistoric animals for many years, but the results are very limited. because the quality of obtained DNA is not guaranteed.

Russian experts hope they will go further in this journey. Once DNA is obtained, they will transplant it into an Asian or Indian elephant body to conceive the mammoth. Currently, Russian scientists are cooperating with South Korean biotech company Sooam and Beijing Genetic Research Institute (China) to ensure the success of the project.
