Close up of the super modern interior set to be fitted to Airbus aircraft in the future
This newly redesigned cabin is an upgrade for current aircraft models, and shows us somewhat of the aircraft interior space that we will soon experience in the very near future. Anyone who has ever had a fear of flying will definitely feel more comfortable seeing the dreamy entrance of the A330neo Airspace .
The luggage compartment on the top of the A330neo Airspace is much larger than the current one
Airbus explains how customizable ceiling patterns can help airlines create their own accents, while ensuring a warm welcome atmosphere throughout the flight. The overhead luggage compartment of the A330neo Airspace is now much larger and can hold up to 66% more luggage.
Optimized space in the cabin will help passengers always have enough free space above.
The optimized space in the cabin will allow passengers to have enough free space above them to enjoy. The luxury cabin for first-class guests and business travelers has fewer seats, so there's no need to install a central storage compartment, making this cabin space much more spacious. Airbus claims its latest cabin design offers both benefits for both airlines and passengers on the flight.
Luxury cabin for first class guests and business guests with fewer seats.
On its blog post, Airbus said that the new design will have more than 10 seats compared to the traditional design on the A330, but still maintains high standards of passenger comfort. So what helped Airbus introduce the new design on the A330neo Airspace without exchanging that comfort? The changes have contributed to the new design reality including a dual toilet cubicle at the center of the cabin along with the modular arrangement solutions that Airbus calls "Modular Space-Flex" , along with PRM cubicles ( Peope with Reduced Mobility - for people with disabilities - takes advantage of the space at the back of the cabin to expand the space inside the main cabin.
The room for the cabin crew is moved to the lower compartment.
The last change is on the A330neo, the cabin for the cabin crew to be moved into the lower compartment (called the Lower Deck Mobile Crew Rest). According to Airbus, all of these changes will help enhance the comfort experience for passengers. The aircraft maker hopes that with the benefits it offers to both passengers and airlines, Airbus will be able to outpace other competitors in the aircraft manufacturing industry.
