Through search, authorities determined the green substance flowing from Phong Phu Textile Factory's workshop and sewing thread - located in this lane.

Phong Phu Textile Company and sewing thread have been relocated for many years now, no longer in business. Checking the warehouse, the functional force detected two sacks containing the blue dye , each weighing about 20kg. Sacks flooded in puddles, which caused the late substance to spill out into Lane 87 Tam Trinh.
