Discover 32 new planets

European astronomers have reported that they have found 32 new planets outside the solar system, reinforcing the hypothesis that life might exist somewhere outside the Earth.

Southern Europe Observatory - the largest intergovernmental astronomical organization in Europe - implementing this project. They mobilized dozens of telescopes to observe the universe. However, scientists do not find any planet the size of the earth or can support life. Thus, the total number of exoplanets that humans have discovered has increased by about 400.

AP said, 6 out of 32 planets are much bigger than the planet. Only two planets are five times larger than human homes. Most of the planets discovered so far have the same size as Jupiter (the largest planet in the solar system) or larger.

Astronomer Stephane Udry of the University of Geneva (Switzerland) - a member of the Southern European Observatory - said yesterday that the search results reinforce the hypothesis of the planet's popularity in the universe. " I believe that places like the Earth are quite common in the universe, " he said.

According to Reuters , it is worth noting that more than 40% of stars like the sun have planets moving around. That ratio is much higher than the scientific prediction.
