ESO planet named Ross 128b , orbiting a star in the constellation Virgin, about 11 light-years from the Solar System. According to astronomers, this is a fairly close distance from the center of the Milky Way, allowing scientists to observe the planet with being built and scheduled to go into operation in 2025.

With features such as mass and surface temperature close to Earth, observers say Ross 128b promises to be a place where people can live. According to the scientific argument, these conditions show the possibility of water, an inevitable part of life, that exists on this planet. The scientists said the next step would be to discover whether the atmosphere surrounding the planet has signs of water, oxygen or methane.

This new discovery adds another option for humans to add to the list of about 50 planets believed to be able to live among thousands of planets observed by scientists in the universe.
