Discovered an ancient road of thousands of years in Lac Duong

According to information from the Institute of Archeology and Archeology of Luoyang City, the staff of the Institute has just discovered an ancient road with a thousand-year history in Ham Coc Quan relic of Han Dynasty (Lac Duong) is still used.

This ancient road runs from east to west of the relic, the only way to get in and out of the border gate at that time, which is also a must-go path of the Silk Road.

Ham Coc quan site is located in Dong Quan village, Thanh Quan commune, Tan An district, Lac Duong city, 60km north of Hoang Ha, adjacent to Phuong Hoang mountain, south of Thanh Long mountain, these two mountains are symmetrical. , is the ideal place to build gates.

Lac Duong city archaeological research institute began to excavate this site on June 21. To date, the total exploration area is 100,000m ² , of which 2,115m ² has been excavated. The function of Coc Coc is one of the crucial important doors that has an important military role built quite early by China. This site is also the first gate of the Silk Road. Ham Coc quan was built in the 3rd year of the year of high peak in Western Han (114 years before CN), more than 2,000 years ago. This excavation has provided many valuable documents for studying mandarin during the Qin and Han times.
