Spiral grass is an extremely rare plant species. This species has the scientific name Moraea tortilis , originating from South Africa. Spiral grass grows in hot deserts. They bloom in late spring and early summer.

They have unusual leaves, twisted in a spiral shape, can reach up to 15cm height. The leaves of spiral grass contain lots of water inside to help them adapt to the harsh desert climate.

In addition to its bizarre appearance, spiral grass also has good air purification, which helps clean up formaldehyde in the air. Due to its beautiful shape and clean air effect, spiral grass is often planted in the office.

Spiral grass can be grown all year round and usually grown by seeds.
