Lexie Cooper-Barnes was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at the age of 11 months, which prevented her from hearing and speaking like normal children. However, with the help of technology, she was able to say and the first thing she said was "I love you".
Lexie's illness is similar to that of scientist Stephen Hawking, who can only communicate with the help of technology.
Doctors use baby vision devices , which are like a tablet, but bigger. Through this device, Lexie can hear people's voices and also express what they want.
Doctors say that Lexie is physically disabled but perfectly normal in intellect. She is the youngest person to use this eye-recognition device.
It is known that this device is about 20,000 pounds, parents Lexie had to raise funds to buy this device for children.
