The couple were honored to be present on the French 500 franc from 1995-2000. Marie Curie also appeared on Polish 20,000 Zloty sheets from 1989-1995 in 2011.

Kristian Birkeland

Kristian Birkeland (1867-1917) has been present on the Norwegian 200 Kroner since 1994. He is a scientist who studies Earth magnetism and aurora phenomenon.

His Earth's magnetic field model shows that high-energy electrons pierce directly into the Earth model driven toward magnetic poles and generate rings of light around the poles.

Nicolaus Copernicus (1473-1543) was present on Polish sheets of 1,000 Zloty in the two periods 1962-1965 and 1975-1995.

He was the first modern scientist to propose a model of the solar system in which the sun is at the center, the planets moving in circular orbits around.

His theory goes against the mind theory, so he was executed before his work was published.

Leonhard Euler (1707-1783), a Swiss mathematical physicist, was present on a Swiss sheet of 10 francs during the period 1979-2000.

Euler made many contributions to mathematical physics, especially with fluid theory used in the study of aircraft operation and the spin theory of solid objects used in satellite control.

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) is a pioneering researcher in the field of electricity.

He was the first to propose conservation of charges. In the field of science, he is the typical scientist of physical history because of his discoveries and theories of electricity such as discoveries of thunder phenomenon.

He is present on US $ 100 notes today. In 1976, he was also on the US $ 2 bill.

Carl Friedrich Gauss (1777-1855) was present on the German 10 mark period 1991-2002.

He is a talented German mathematician and scientist. He made important discoveries in science such as number theory, calculus, differential geometry, magnetism, electrostatics, astronomy, and optics.

Gauss was dubbed the "prince of mathematicians" , famous for his full-length post from 1 to 100 in elementary school.

Guglielmo Marconi

Ernest Rutherford (1871-1937) has been on New Zealand's $ 100 bill since 1990.

Rutherford is a New Zealand genius physicist operating in the field of radiation and atomic construction.

He is considered the "father" of nuclear physics to discover that the atom has a positive charge in the nucleus. He also used the " atomic planet " model to explain the famous "gold leaf experiment" .

Nikola Tesla (1856-1943) is a Serbian-American, renowned for his contributions to the development of electrical and magnetic engineering technologies.

His inventions and theoretical works are the basis for the development of today's two-way electric current and electric motors.

His name is on the 100 Serbian Dinar sheet from 2006, Yugoslavia from 1970-1986, 1,000 dinars from 1990-1991, dinar 5 billion in 1993 and 10 billion dinar in 1993.

Isaac Newton (1642-1727) was present on a 1-pound sheet from 1978-1988.

Newton is one of the greatest physicists in history. His research established the basis of scientific research style with important discoveries about motion theory, the nature of light, gravity and many other theories.
