'Folding' bathroom
Designer Paul Hernon (British) has introduced the world's first foldable bathroom, named Vertebrae, which is very suitable for narrow houses or rooms.
The central part of this bathroom is a steel pillar, containing all plumbing, with 2 showers and a washbasin. 2 showers - 1 for adults and 1 for children - can rotate 180 degrees, while other parts can rotate up to 360 degrees.
Once used, you can fold this bathroom neatly. Although space is saved, users need to reinforce the floor once choosing Vertebrae because this bathroom weighs up to 150 kg.
According to the Telegraph, the price of the device is about $ 16,000 and will be launched in 2009.
