Self-cleaning bath

Picture 1 of Self-cleaning bath Scouring the bathroom will become a thing of the past as scientists at the University of New South Wales in Australia have created a self-cleaning bathroom. The scientists treated the bathroom surface with tiny particles of titanium dioxide.

Bathroom coating works by absorbing ultraviolet rays. The electrons in the particles of the mantle are stimulated to make the oxidation more potent than any other cleanser in killing the bacteria and breaking organic components.

In addition, the surface coated with titanium dioxide has another characteristic called "extremely impervious", meaning that small particles of water can not cling to and flow away while cleaning the surface.
