Future Orion spaceship model
In the next few years, when the space shuttle mission is no longer in use, the Constellation program will replace manned spaceships with the first phase of Moon exploration. NASA has revealed the Orion ship model, a test module for future astronauts.
The prototype of the Orion ship was carried out by technicians at NASA's Dryden Center. This aluminum model will never fly or be used for aerodynamic testing, which will help engineers visualize the layout of the space ship.
This big and real model will allow for the development and testing of the installation techniques for avionics, equipment, cables . Later astronauts will try to stay inside and contribute. comments on equipment installation, control system and comfort level.
Orion has a modern annihilation system to ensure astronauts' safety in case something goes wrong during launch or flight.
