A meteor named 2004 XP14 with a diameter of up to 800m is rushing towards the earth. However, scientists say it will not touch the globe, but just narrowly cross us.

The latest calculation shows that 2004 XP14 will approach the earth with the nearest distance of 432,308 km on July 3. This meteorite is listed as a meteorite by the Small Planet Center in Cambridge, Massachusetts (USA) because it is too big and the distance is too close to the earth.

There are currently 783 meteors capable of endangering the planet. 2004 XP14 was discovered in December 2004, belonging to the Apollo meteorite system with orbit across the earth.
