Hai Duong farmers make robots, Israel restores their hats

The story of a farmer who just finished grade 7 has many inventions that startled scientists, it is no stranger to people in Ngoc Ky commune, Tu Ky district, Hai Duong province. It was Anh Pham Van Hat, born in 1972.

After being insolvent because of growing safe vegetables, he decided to set foot in Israel to learn from the experience. Unexpectedly, the country whose income from growing vegetables can be up to 1 billion VND / ha is the land that has developed the charm of his farming machine tool.

Debt and the opportunity to build agricultural tools in Israel

Recalling the famous fate in Israel, Mr. Hat said, because the country of Israel was very civilized, but also had to do a lot of manual stages, he came up with the idea of proposing to make them a fertilizer dispenser. . After a few months, the device was successfully built by him, giving the test fields good results, he was rewarded by the farm owner for over VND 200 million. It is also an honor to be invited by the Embassy of Vietnam in Israel to share, encourage and reward.

After successfully manufacturing fertilizer dispersers, recognized and purchased by the State of Israel for mass production nationwide, Mr. Hat continued to manufacture and improve more machines for his boss. When the owner decided to raise his salary to 2.5 times, from 1,000 USD (around 2010) to 2,500 USD, he decided to return to his hometown.

Asked about this strange decision, Mr. Sing expressed: "I think I can reach a salary of US $ 2,500 in my country, I can also make about $ 1,000 in my hometown. I still want to stay close to my relatives. In addition, when I decided to go to Israel, I just wanted to say that I had a bankruptcy, but I did not think about exporting labor to pay back the debt.

The memories of the day of insolvency came back, but in a lively voice, no one thought, this farmer could escape the debt of 3 billion so easily. Mr. Sing said, around 2007, he decided to invest in growing safe vegetables, has signed many output contracts for his farm. But after 3 years of hard work, he just lost his hand because the companies only signed a contract with him to easily put vegetables in the supermarket, not to buy goods.

In order to avoid bankruptcy, he decided to borrow interest in addition to exporting labor in Israel because the period of making vegetables visited many Israeli delegations and said that they planted high yields, earning billions of VND per hectare. vegetables. But to the new place they know the labor is still limited, handmade, he put the problem of manufacturing machines to help people work hard. And his chances of making machine tools officially flourished in the field of Israel.

He observed that the robot placed its seeds.

But despite being trusted by his employer, the salary increase to keep him from staying at work continued but he decided to return. Everyone in the family as well as those who went with him to export labor when he knew he came back showed regret for him. But he still believes he can do it again, standing up in his homeland.

As soon as he arrived home, his brother, who also owned a vegetable farm, asked how to produce a seeding machine to reduce the load of labor as well as improve seeding productivity. Because the characteristics of unskilled workers in the homeland are very rare, the young people are exhausted, the elderly have poor eyes, and can easily drop seeds when sowing, while the seeds are expensive. Encouraged by his older brother, he started to study with the welcoming words "probably only about 70% but his brother still asserted" it is okay ".

Manufacturing robots without chips, electronic relays .

The brother's expectations were put on the shoulder Sing a burden. He started to research, manufacture, after about a year, the first newly installed particle machine, despite many shortcomings and productivity only reached about 50%, but it was the first signal that he saw. belief in the construction of your farming machine . The machines were later improved by him thanks to many direct observation of the seeding machine in the field. He discovered where the problem was and determined to improve. When successful, 100% accurate, he decided to name his product called a robot.

He explains, called a particle robot, because it can accurately set the distance you need to place at a distance of 2 or 3cm, depending on the field and replace about 40 people to work. Robots that have been seeded after 2 years of research and improvement have gone beyond the village bamboo hut in Ngoc Ky commune, to Germany, America, Singapore and Thailand . in many different ways.

The most common way is for customers in known countries via the internet, they have come to the Vietnamese embassy in their countries to inquire about the robot's author, ask for a contact number to order. People at Vietnamese embassies in other countries seek to connect to the commune, ask for addresses, phone numbers, and even help translators to successfully place orders. Every machine sold to overseas Mr. Hat sells for 2,500 USD.

Also in the country, the customers in the South and the Central region ordered quite a lot, even someone even went directly to the factory of his house to set up a way to work out his way. Now, because of his experience, he set up parts for making robots to put beads at machining workshops, his only job is to assemble but for each robot, he takes up to 3 days to finish assembling.

He shared that he was very worried that he could lose his secret and lose his copyright even though he had registered for protection at the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam. That's why for every robot that is assembled, he comes with a secret, so that if someone intends to unload it to find a way to follow it will fail. Even himself, if he removed the robot again, it would lose its effect, leaving only a scrap of iron. He also wants to associate with a business for mass production but still worries about losing technology and know-how.

To date, he is a typical farmer who is successful with creativity, desire to learn and learn. A lot of merit and medals he received, even the State-awarded Independence Medal was in his reward cabinet. But he still keeps creating, continuing, improving and manufacturing more types of agricultural tools to help rural workers to ensure productivity and working conditions with a viewpoint of manufacturing as simple as well, no need for electronic chips, relays.
