Handshake brings pleasure like kissing

Scientists believe that pleasure from a handshake is similar to that of a kiss.

Shaking hands has become a social etiquette when meeting someone. In ancient times, an open arms meant that the person came to a peaceful goodwill and did not carry weapons. Today, we also recognize this action with the same meaning.

Scientists at the Beckmann Institute at the University of Illinois have found the psycho-neurological mechanism that the brain reacts to when shaking hands with someone else. In their experiments, 18 men and women were shown a mute tape, talking about a business meeting between two people. In some cases, the two characters in the tape shook hands, while in other cases, they expressed otherwise.

Scientists swept the brains of test participants, measured electrical conductivity on the skin and evaluated their response to what was seen. As a result, the brain lobe and the cortex are involved in controlling emotions and pleasure that respond to handshake scenes.

When watching scenes where the characters refuse to shake hands, all the areas of the upper brain have no reaction.

In addition, actions such as touching, cuddling, cuddling, etc. also make people feel more excited. The act of embracing makes us feel more confident. According to a professor of medicine, this action is really beneficial for health. The more you embrace, the better your immune system, endocrine system, and nervous system. Hugging each other even helps stabilize the amount of hemoglobin in the blood.

Kiss also has the same effect. A kiss means showing affection and making people more intimate. It also stimulates the enemy's nervous system and enhances the body's regeneration function, reducing the risk of heart attack and reducing pain.
