Brenden Simonson guides see the antelope rescue from the hippopotamus crocodile's jaw on the White Nile River during the first fishing trip in Murchison Falls national park in Uganda, according to the Mirror.

Simonson said the antelope was snapped by the crocodile and his legs were pulled down into the water. A huge hippopotamus suddenly appeared, chased away alligators and saved the antelope. The antelope is then gently pushed out of the water by the hippopotamus.

Hippos and crocodiles often clash on rivers in Africa. Mature hippopotamus often team up to attack crocodiles, while crocodiles always lurking on the opportunity to hunt young hippopotamus.

According to Brenden, this is a very rare sight. "The hippopotamus acts very gently and tries to help the antelope. Seeing the antelope hippopotamus is really an interesting experience," Brenden said.
