The latest image taken from space published by NASA shows that 4 out of 260 geoglyphs have been discovered so far. They date back about 8,000 years, older than the famous Nazca lines dating back about 1,500 years. While the giant mysterious figures in Peru are thought to have been created by the Nazca culture, the origin of the figure in Kazakhstan is a complete mystery to humanity.
Geoglyph is located in a remote area in the vast country of Kazakhstan, including a circle, a cross, a square, even a swastika. No one knows these drawings for thousands of years, until Dmitriy Dey, an economist and archaeologist, discovered them with Google Earth in 2007.

"I have never seen anything like this. I feel very remarkable. NASA is starting to map the entire region," Compton J Tucker, NASA's biosphere scientist , to speak.
Shalkar scientists Adambekov, Ronald Laporte of the University of Pittsburgh (USA) are calling for more research on the origin of geoglyph in Kazakhstan .
"These are very difficult studies. Some geoglyph research groups have reported their results, but I think there is more to explore. Geoglyph is cultural and ancient, so it is very important. they may be traces of ancient civilization , " Adambekov said.

After the appeal, a group of scientists led by Adambekov and Laporte plan to go to geoglyph in Kazakhstan to study more. The Kazakhstan National Geographic Society also plans for a geoglyph research project in 2016, but has yet to publish details.
