In order to get along with nature, the Japanese built a stealthy high-speed train

Engineer Kazuyo Sejima wants high-speed trains in Japan to be as stealthy as an airplane in the movie Wonder Woman.

Japanese high-speed trains are still famous because of the speed so fast that sometimes you don't have the feeling that they have just passed. Recently, Japanese railway company Seibu has just placed an order for the new ship with architect Kazuyo Sejima. With this new design, the ship will almost become invisible, even when standing still. Like a chameleon, the new Seibu will blend into the countryside when they run through here.

As expected, the ship will be put into use in 2017. The first stealth ship will have an organic shape that is different from the New Red Arrow that operates in the Tokyo area. With the frame designed with a crust that reflects the surroundings, the designers hope the new vessel will produce interesting images as they blend into the surrounding environment.

Seibu will be the first vessel designed by designer Sejima - the owner of the Pritzker Prize, which is considered as a Nobel Prize in design. This is the first time that the railway and train industry in Japan empowers a designer with many unique ways to change the image of ships that have become familiar in Japan.

Sejima said that what attracted her in this project was that the difference between building a building usually only associated with a certain location, while designing a ship going through many different environmental scenes would be difficult. More towels.

Can this stealth ship be put into operation in the future?

"This ship will go through many different regions of Japan, from the mountains of Chichibu to Tokyo city center. I think it would be great if the ship could become in harmony with the surrounding landscape." Sejima exchanged a press release when the Seibu was released. "I also want to turn this speedboat into a place where passengers can relax in their own way, as in their own living room. Thus, they will feel excited and want to take the train again." .

According to calculations, the design of this new ship will not affect much on the environment. Emissions, sound pollution and obstacles to railway construction are the big problems that we will encounter, rather than the image of the ship going through the areas that will look like.

The Japanese always try to develop applications that are in harmony with the natural environment and the introduction of ships in harmony with the surrounding environment will be a significant step forward. Let's hope that Japan will soon launch such stealth ships in the near future.
